HOA Community Partner program

Residents get Member pricing on their own individual accounts.
Once enough homes sign up (based on your community’s size), your HOA gets free monthly cleaning of the clubhouse dumpster pad.
HOA-paid community contracts are also available, with 2-year and 3-year terms.

Quotes exclude sales tax. Tax-exempt organizations (such as municipalities) must provide a valid CT exemption certificate.
