For Laury Rosario, service has never been just a profession. It has been a lifelong commitment.
A proud U.S. Navy veteran of the Desert Storm era, Laury learned early that leadership isn’t defined by a title, but by discipline, accountability and the willingness to serve something greater than yourself.
After her military service, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry, a Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine and a Master of Business Administration. Her background in science and healthcare gave her a deep respect for sanitation, public health and the link between cleaner surroundings and healthier communities. Her business education and years as an entrepreneur gave her the tools to turn those principles into a company.
Born and raised in Hartford, she started BinLIFE USA right here at home.
I’ve worn many hats in my life. I’ve served my country, studied science and healthcare, built businesses, and lived both the rewards and the challenges of entrepreneurship. Through it all, one principle has stayed the same: whatever you do, do it with integrity, pride and a commitment to making things better.
When I looked at the bin cleaning industry, I saw more than a business opportunity. I saw an essential service that could be modernized and delivered with more care for sanitation, the environment and the customer.
I wanted that company to start here in Hartford, the city where I was born and raised, and to grow into an American brand without ever losing the values it was founded on.
