Membership terms (please read): Card on file: your card is charged after each completed cleaning (or for 3 cleanings today if you choose the Prepay-3 special). 12-month membership: includes a minimum of 3 cleanings. If you cancel before 12 months, a flat $29.95 cancellation fee applies; if you cancel before your 3rd cleaning, the remaining cleanings up to 3 are also charged. After 12 months, your plan continues month to month at your member rate with no new contract. Cancel by phone at 860-770-5777 during business hours (confirmed by our team) or by email to info@BinLifeUSA.com. You can also pause service instead of cancelling. Trip fee: if your bins still have more than one bag of trash inside, we can’t clean that day and a $15 trip fee applies. See our Terms of Service.
